Parent section

  • • One chapter per week is a gentle pace; one or two activities per sitting.
  • • Read the rhyme aloud together, then ask the Big Wonder Question before starting.
  • • Let your child tap and count out loud — the counting pages are meant to be touched.
  • • Drawing and coloring pages save automatically, so they can return to them.
  • • End each chapter with the reflection page and a short prayer or thank-you.

Teacher section

  • Reading objectives: initial sounds, letter recognition, rhyme families, early sight words.
  • Math objectives: one-to-one counting to 10, comparison, simple addition and subtraction, patterns, shapes.
  • Creative objectives: fine-motor tracing, open-ended drawing, color choice and storytelling.
  • • Works as a station rotation: rhyme + question whole-group, activities independently, reflection as a closing circle.
  • • Print the worksheets for children without screen time, then record badges on the class map.
