Privacy Policy

Innovera Kids is a faith-rooted learning site made for children ages 4–12 to use with a parent or guardian nearby. Accounts on Innovera Kids belong to parents and legal guardians — children do not create their own accounts.

Children's information is described in more detail in our Children's Privacy Notice.

• ✦Account information you give us: parent or guardian first name and email address, and your password if you choose one.
• ✦Optional family details you choose to add: an explorer nickname you create, and an age range (4–6, 7–9, 10–12).
• ✦Consent record: the date and time you affirmed you are the parent or guardian, the version of the notice shown, and the method used (an on-screen checkbox).
• ✦Learning activity: which lessons, quests and activities were finished, quiz answers chosen from the options we provide, badges earned, and timestamps.
• ✦Marketing preference: whether you asked for email updates. This is optional and off unless you check the box.

We do not ask for a child's full name, birthdate, school, home address, phone number, photo, or precise location. We do not use a microphone or camera, and there is no chat, comment, public profile or child-to-child messaging anywhere in Innovera Kids.

• ✦To save progress so your explorer can pick up where they left off.
• ✦To sign you in and keep your family's information separate from every other family.
• ✦To show badges, certificates and the family dashboard.
• ✦To send the email updates you specifically opted into, and to send account emails such as sign-in links and password resets.
• ✦To keep a record that a parent or guardian consented to the account.

• ✦Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) — hosts the site, the database, sign-in, and stored audio files.
• ✦Stripe — processes payments if you buy a membership or merchandise. Stripe receives the payment details you enter directly with them; we do not store card numbers.
• ✦Lovable AI Gateway (OpenAI text-to-speech model) — receives only Nova's and Nex's scripted story lines to turn into audio. No child-entered text, recordings, names or account information is sent.
• ✦Email delivery is handled by our hosting provider's authentication email service for sign-in links, confirmations and password resets.

We do not sell family or child information, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not run advertising networks, session-replay tools or third-party analytics pixels on the site.

To improve the lessons, we keep anonymous daily totals of how many times the free Lesson 1 is opened from our buttons, started and finished. These are counts only — no names, answers, accounts, IP addresses, cookies or device details are recorded with them.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in and to hold in-progress work on your device. Fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page does not contact a font provider.

From Parent Data Controls you can view what we store, download a readable copy, correct details, revoke consent, and delete your child's information or the whole account.

• ✦Accounts that are never confirmed are removed after 30 days.
• ✦Child learning information is deleted when you complete a deletion request or revoke consent.
• ✦Families inactive for 24 months are flagged so we can contact the parent before any deletion. Automatic deletion is not switched on.
• ✦Records our payment processor must keep for financial and tax reasons stay with that processor and are outside our deletion tools.
